"Your grandparents?"
No. They are already retired.
It is unfortunately the Epic Bundle.
Unbelievable. But you know, soon these will all be rare items once it's gone. So that 1st generation Fierce Hound is quite the thing to wield.
"Good thing I got mine."
Well, in my perspective, I think KI is doing this because...
- don't have enough money to make these
- don't have enough people buying these
- wanting money from their customers to buy them.

See you in the Spiral!-Thunderblade
I'm pretty upset about them retiring the card. Sure, almost everyone's already gotten one, but it's such a good card (the best, IMHO). Although I didnt agree to when you said that they don't have enough money to continue the line (KingsIsle is doing fantastic with finances, I'm sure, due to their 20+ million players and they're 3 Hoard Pack card haha). Anyway, I do agree with your other statement though, that there's simply a decrease in the amount of people buying these cards, simply because most people have already bought them and it's also a year old. Interesting blog post :)
ReplyDeleteI think they aren't doing it because it's been a year. Literally- the card was released on November 7th!
ReplyDeleteYeah (Vanessa) that makes a lot of sense. I wonder if it'll be a pattern.
